My legal career spans 20 years and has been built within the life sciences sector, where I have served in first and sole In-House Legal Counsel, Head of Legal and General Counsel roles.

I have been providing clients with flexible and scalable legal support as a Freelance Lawyer since 2022.  Specialising in Life Sciences and Data Privacy, I offer on-demand consultancy, fractional legal support, and data privacy services, including external DPO - providing growing organisations with access to experienced legal counsel when and as they need it. I understand the pressures of tight budgets, accelerated timelines, and the need for legal guidance and solutions that enable growth rather than impede it.

I have transactional, hands-on experience across all phases of the product lifecycle: pre-clinical research, clinical development, regulatory, licensing, manufacturing, distribution, SaaS, pharmacovigilance and post-marketing compliance.

Having built legal functions from the ground up across multiple organisations, I understand the operational realities. My expertise also includes establishing legal frameworks, internal processes and infrastructures that support growth and operational demands while effectively managing commercial risk.  

I am authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and maintain full professional indemnity insurance, ensuring peace of mind for my clients.
